  • Meeting: Present concepts, budget and schematics

Team Introduction


  • We facilitate a meeting to bring all of the major contractors on the project together to review concepts and assess cost, validity and timeframe

  • We create a Design Program that outlines key dates for delivering our program of services

  • Meeting: The Design Program is presented to the clients for review

  • Invoice for Stage 4

Design Development

  • Schematic designs are revised on the basis of feedback

  • We build a basic 3D model to communicate the relationship of materials and to the architecture of the space

  • We finalise the specification of fittings, fixtures and materials

  • The selection of furniture and accessories is finalised

  • Shopping Trips: Stone and Appliances

  • We fine-tune our schematic Documentation in 2D and 3D

  • We revise the Budget Forecast to reflect our selection of fittings, fixtures and materials

  • We create a Design Development Product Presentation to show the selection of all fittings, fixtures and materials

  • Meeting: Present Design Development and Updated Budget Forecast to clients

  • Client Feedback + Amendments

  • Sign off from clients on Design Development

  • Invoice for Stage 5

  • Convert Schematic Documentation to Tender Documentation

  • Create Detail Drawings – add materiality and dimensioning

  • Review submission/s: cost and timeframe

  • Obtain final quotes for all fittings, fixtures and materials

  • MEETING: Present Project Estimate and Tender Review

  • Client Feedback + Amendments

Design Management

  • Signing contracts – client and contractors

  • Set commencement date

  • Create Construction Documentation Package

  • Contractor to finalise Building Program outlining key dates for FF&E deliveries

  • Update Design Program to reflect Building Program

  • Create program for placement of orders for FF&E to fit with Building Program and Design Program

  • Invoice client for deposit on FF&E

  • Create a WIP to record client payments and note delivery dates

  • Place orders for FF&E according to above schedule

  • Place orders for Furniture and Accessories

  • Create Delivery Schedule for FF&E and Furnishings

  • Create a schedule of site meetings throughout building program

  • Meeting: Fortnightly During Construction

  • Record Meeting Notes and distribute to all parties

  • Arrange walk through for Practical Completion hand-over with trades
