Design Development
Schematic designs are revised on the basis of feedback
We build a basic 3D model to communicate the relationship of materials and to the architecture of the space
We finalise the specification of fittings, fixtures and materials
The selection of furniture and accessories is finalised

We fine-tune our schematic Documentation in 2D and 3D
We revise the Budget Forecast to reflect our selection of fittings, fixtures and materials
We create a Design Development Product Presentation to show the selection of all fittings, fixtures and materials
